I always see these WWW Wednesday posts and think that it seems like a great way to keep track of what you’re reading. I think it would be fun to look back in a few months or even years and see what I was reading around this time. I’ve never written one myself but I think it’s time to change that 🙂
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. In order to participate, you have to answer three questions:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you will read next?
I tried listening to the audiobook of The Cruel Prince back in January when it came out but I couldn’t get into it. I know that a lot of people really like it though so I decided to give it another shot, this time reading a physical copy. I’m about halfway through it and I think it’s picking up a bit. I’m looking forward to seeing how I feel by the end of the book.
I finished Six of Crows a couple of months ago and I loved it! I’ve finally picked up Crooked Kingdom and I’m buddy reading it with Elodie so I’m really excited 🙂 We started today and I’m already really enjoying it.
This week I finished Sadie, a book that I was really looking forward to. I enjoyed it overall but it wasn’t quite the gripping thriller I was expecting. Hopefully I’ll get around to posting a review soon!
I want to participate in the Series Crackdown 5.0 in the beginning of August so I want to finish a few stand-alones before that starts.
The first one is The Kiss Quotient, which I’ve been meaning to read since it came out in June. I’ve heard so many amazing things about this book and it feels like the perfect time for a cute, steamy romance.
I just made a trade with someone in order to receive an ARC of Heretics Anonymous! I’ve heard a few authors and BookTubers recommend this so it’s been on my radar for quite some time and I’m so excited to finally able to read it! I definitely want to finish it before it comes out in the beginning of August. I hope it’s as hilarious as it sounds 🙂

I love the Six of Crows duology. I hope you enjoy your buddy read of Crooked Kingdom. Always fun to read with other bloggers.
